Meet Eileen

As an entrepreneur, I get it.

I was sleepwalking through life, desperately needing a change. While my business was doing well, I lost interest and did not have enough energy in me to push the business forward. 

Like you, I was asking ”Is this it? What next?”.

I wanted more and I knew I was being called to do something else but I was afraid of the unknown. The success of the business kept me complacent and in my comfort zone.

I believe everyone should answer the call to adventure with confidence and clarity.  We provide the tools to give you direction and focus for your new journey.

She envisions a world where people wake up every morning energetic and inspired, where people rediscover their joy and get excited about life again.

Eileen may be best known for her international retail chain called The Picture Company which she led as CEO for 20 years. Prior to that, she was the CEO of a boutique island resort – a retreat destination for businessmen. Eileen sold her first business at the age of 23, a high end event and catering company and dabbled into different entrepreneurial ventures.

Eileen is also active in different advocacies and organizations that help people have better lives. She served as a Red Cross volunteer and worked and lived with the less privileged in the mountains. She has also worked as a dive master and a yoga teacher.

Eileen is a life long learner. After studies in Switzerland, she pursued entrepreneurial studies in the prestigious Asian Institute of Management and also took her Entrepreneurial Masters Program in MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Eileen also has a professional diploma in Counselling from the Ateneo de Manila.

It is Eileen’s mission to help sleepwalking leaders get out of their rut and create the life they want. She believes everyone deserves to live life energetically and that can be found by following your true path.
